During my time living at Burleigh Heads and full time university studies, I was able to explore more with photographic images. I love taking my camera with me and capturing light and colour.

Nude Portraiture 2009-2010

I decided to try my hand at drawing the human form so found a live model class at the RQAS at Broadbeach, Gold Coast.

Primarily attending the evening classes, the students were established artists so were very inspirational and encouraging.

Seated front view (1) I entered in a gallery exhibition where funds raised monies for charity and it sold! (2) and (3) portraits were sold privately.

During my year of full time art / university studies traveling to USA for airbrush studies, and live model studies which was outside of the university work was my most artistically inspiring time.

Tattoo Design Sep 2011

After my personal trainer Tyson Deen found out I studied art part-time, he decided that I could design some tattoo images for him.... after six weeks of him chasing me to do something I hadn't done before I completed some images.

To my surprise, he had the images done on his left forearm - both sides!

Thanks Tyson for pushing me to do something new that I really enjoy!
